ITINERARY:
Day 1 – Arrival in Tbilisi Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, where you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Spend the evening at your leisure. Overnight stay in Tbilisi. (-/-/-)
Day 2 – Tbilisi – Gudauri After breakfast, journey to Gudauri via Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital and religious hub. Explore the UNESCO-listed Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, Samtavro Monastery, and Jvari Monastery, which offers breathtaking views of the confluence of two rivers. After lunch, visit the Ananuri Fortress along the Aragvi River, a 13th-century stronghold steeped in history. En route, stop at the Monument of Friendship, which offers stunning panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains. Arrive in Gudauri, a serene mountain resort surrounded by majestic peaks and valleys. Day 3-6 – Gudauri Spend the next three days enjoying Gudauri’s diverse year-round activities. In winter, ski the snow-covered slopes of the Greater Caucasus Mountain Range or try heliskiing. Day 7 – Gudauri – Sighnaghi After breakfast, travel to Sighnaghi, located in the beautiful Kakheti wine region. Visit the Khareba Winery, home to a 7.7 km-long wine tunnel, and sample some of Georgia’s finest wines during lunch.
